Secured Lending Transactions (Lenders and Borrowers)

Our attorneys have a wealth of experience representing very large and smaller institutional and private lenders in a variety of secured lending transactions, with security ranging from first trust deeds on improved real estate to junior financing on "dirt."  Additionally, we have represented asset-based lenders, taking liens on equipment, personal property and on accounts receivable.   Ken and Jim are currently principals majority owners of a business which purchases medical accounts receivable.
