The firm has a very active landlord-tenant practice, with a concentration in lease work for retail, single-tenant, triple net uses. Additionally, we have done numerous multi-tenant shopping center leases, creating the principal lease form for a local regional mall. We have also handled a number of significant ground lease transactions, both involving improved and to-be-improved properties. We have negotiated and prepared numerous other leases for a wide array of specialized uses and locations, including film and television studios, industrial sites, swap meets and medical/DME uses. We have recently completed two significant office leases, one for a film production company and a full penthouse floor for a law firm in a Beverly Hills high rise. Our landlord-tenant practice also encompasses handling lease disputes and workouts.
